Will Cut is situated in a Modern facility with under cover fabrication of 2000 square meters fitted with two over head cranes - lifting capacity of 10 tonnes each. External yard 2000 square meters for general storage.
This facility is dedicated to plate processing, equipped with two high quality heavy duty Gas and HD Plasma profile cutting machine - equipped with state-of-the-art fully automatic Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC).Plate stock available ranging thickness from 0.5mm - 200mm , even thicker if required. Our plate beds are situated so that we are able to cut plates using 2 machines at a time or even use both beds to allow for long plates with a capability of lengths up to 20 mtrs long.
Other equipment include handling and lifting aids, 5 tonne forklift, radial drills and band saw. Due to the strong relationships that Will Cut has built within the industry, we are also able to outsource to other companies for more specialized requirements depending on the clients needs. Such as pressing and machining.
Will Cut have full capabilities to bevel and drill and countersink . But in some cases where an oversized item is required we may need to utilize some of our contacts.
